The two medals earned by Ruth Jebet and Eunice Kirwa in Rio matched the total medals earned by Personae-managed athlete contingents in both the ’12 London and ’08 Beijing Games. With the Rio group producing 10 top-10 finishers, it had the best show of depth among the Personae athletes competing in the three most recent Olympic Games, as the ’12 London and ’08 Beijing groups had 6 and 7 finishers in the top-10, respectively.
The ten top finishers in Rio were: Ruth Jebet (Olympic Champion – 3000m Steeplechase); Eunice Kirwa (Silver Medal – Marathon); Alice Aprot Nawowuna (4th – 10000m); Ferguson Rotich (5th – 800m); Gesa Krause (6th – 3000m Steeplechase); Alfred Kipketer (7th – 800m) and Albert Rop (7th – 5000m); Rose Chelimo (8th – Marathon); Philip Milanov (9th – Discus); and Abraham Cheroben (10th – 10000m).
